Status

The contract, which is currently ongoing, has as its object the execution of works of restoration with functional recovery of the complex and former Salesian Church of S.Eufrasia, destined respectively to house the library Antichistica center, and home of the Department of Archaeological Sciences of Historical Sciences of the Ancient World and Classical Philology, construction of new building for use as library of modern languages and literature. Works for an amount estimated at 7,500,000.00, € pointing to a redevelopment of one of the most valuable complex located in the center of Pisa.

The work done

The work consisted of a verification system to the requirements of the building regulations, but has been prepared in order to allow the client to perform a series of simulations, aimed at the design of energy saving, to test the effects, in terms of consumption primary energy for further action to raise the energy class of the system.
